Personally they look a little Buzz Lightyear to me. UCF has awesome school colors and their normal uniforms look good in my opinion. Just me.

In all fairness to UCF, since they’re both Nike branded uniforms Purdue and UCF, they were probably presented several similar options to choose from and mix/match. Probably pretty easy to find some similarities.

Oh...and props to Houston....as they agreed a LONG time ago (months ago) to allow UCF to wear this special home White Jersey (Houston will wear their normal dark home reds tops).

With the game moved to Noon just this week, it might end up being a slight advantage to UCF if it turns out to be a warm/sunny day.

PS. Hope UCF returns the favor at any future game at UH if they request to wear a special home white jersey.

I have been disappointed in our uniforms for a long time. I know most others disagree with me, but maybe I am just old school that way. One change I wouldn’t mind is recognize the team mascot as the knights of Pegasus and using the logo on the helmet instead of just the shoulders. I definitely don’t want the O’leary Uniforms back. Those were dreadful.

Yes, you are correct. Houstonians never heard that phrase before 2005. The phrase is contentious to many here in our city. Just a bit overused. There's even a Twitter account @UghHouston that calls out its use (overuse).
