Transferring has been such a joke of free agency they ought to just waive them all and make everyone instantly eligible anymore.

this really helps buffalo. mballa prob needs a year or two to be good. but he might be fairly solid now for 20-25 minutes a game and the post is not as much of a weak link for this UB team that is loaded on the perimeter and at small forward.
