Game of the week in the league this week I'd say.

These teams look evenly matched and this game could decide who's more of a threat to App in the east. We probably find out if GSU has really turned the corner and are ready to start competing with the usual suspects in the division or not.

This is not something anyone should ever say about Troy's defense this year.

The good news is this is probably the healthiest Troy has been all season long after getting a couple of long weeks. We finally got back RB Jabir Daughtry-Frye against USA. His speed has been missed this season.

Our third-leading WR Reggie Todd might be out, not sure yet. He was injured against USA. If he's able to play though, that'll be big.

Our veteran DB Melvin Tyus will have to sit out the first half for a targetting penalty against USA, so hopefully we're still in the game when the 2nd Half rolls around. He's a defensive leader for us.

5th year senior inside linebacker and undisputed vocal leader of the defense, Ed Curney is out for the season with torn ACL. His football career is over. Will miss ya Ed :/

Huge loss for the Panthers. He set the defensive audibles at the line and called subtle adjustments. One of only 3 seniors on this defense.

Backup is freshman Zach Dixon. Tough test against a good Troy offense.

Sounds like a mature guy. I hate that for GSU. It's hard to lose leaders like that.

There are more than a couple of Seniors on this team that are stellar citizens.
