Another P12 blunder
Arizona St @ Utah on P12 Net only?

It would be nice to be able to see that game. Guess that's why the P12 is what it is - or isn't.

Meh - there might be issues with how the Pac-12 Network is run, but this isn't really the Pac-12's fault. ABC already chose #12 Oregon vs. #25 Washington as their afternoon game (with the simple matter that Oregon is the biggest draw out of all of those teams involved regardless of ranking) and the Fox networks were already juggling its college football and MLB commitments for this weekend. (They had to move Ohio State-Northwestern from FS1 to BTN due to the ALCS getting pushed back due to the rainout earlier this week.)

Note that the next 2 weeks are arguably the busiest time of the US sports calendar of the entire year: all 4 major pro sports leagues will be going at the same time on top of college football and the start of the college basketball season.

The network has been a failure yes, but I'm not sure how this would be considered a blunder. The only way the network will be able to build its audience up is to broadcast more games like this compared to the Oregon State game of the week that is normally reserved for it.
