We are getting some mentions and respect on ESPN Game Day. Need to take care of business today to show we deserve it and will be indication if we might be headed to a great season versus merely a good season.

BTW and FWIW, I did not mean to step on any toes or anything like that. If someone wants to start a "Gamethread" specifically to deal with the game, I am totally good with that.

I meant this more as traditionally "Game day, Rah! Rah!" thing...

Bolded, absolutely right if the UC ascent is to continue. Exciting times and a lot on the line today in Houston as teams ranked above UC have already lost or will lose in some great matchups.

I'm kind of pulling for Memphis since they're ranked and could hand a loss to Temple, a formidable opponent in our division. The American needs to keep multiple teams ranked, especially those teams the 'Cats get to play as the season rolls on toward the CCG.

I was quite surprised at how much time Game Day spent on the "G5". They evidently have a segment on it weekly? And despite the term, they were complimentary instead of condescending. It makes the show more enjoyable to watch when they spend some time on all NCAA football instead of just the major programs.

Just have to stay focused and not have a let down on the road after a big win at home.

Logan Holgerson bounced around as a HS QB here in Morgantown... He started at Morgantown HS, then he went off to a private school, then finished out at University High. Not impressive.
