Hey Cubucks & EvilVodka, keep up the threads. I think that there just isn't the history of doing it and more people will participate if they know about it. I was busy (MAKING WHISKEY!!!) yesterday but I'll at least try and drop in for a little bit next weekend.

Yeah, it was TONS OF fun. Distillery near me does it. Get to help getting ingredients ready, learning about enzymes to help the fermentation process. Tasting during the process as well as tasting a BUNCH of different types of whiskey. Help put it in the barrel and then for the next few years I get to go back and sample when they test and see the aging process. IT WAS AMAZING.
