I wish this game was being played in the evening because it is going to be HOT. Temps at kickoff will be around 95-96, which means our heat index could be 105 or more. Temps will still be in the 90's when the game ends so fans and players will bake the entire time. We are going to have cooling stations set up and will be giving away sunscreen. Hopefully we have a good crowd show up despite the heat.

I'm interested to see how we look against the Tigers. South looked improved against Nebraska and just ran the ball last week against Jackson State. We made defensive adjustments against both that were effective. If South can cut down on mistakes and avoid the costly turnovers, can we put ourselves in a position to win?

Hope Direct TV and Disney don’t screw this up.

I read they have extended it till 11 pm today. I think if we cut down the turnovers and penalties we have a shot.

We never had a shot. Our boys playing their men. Is another 3-9 season looming?

Tra Minter got a concussion in the first quarter. We struggled at the QB position. It was not a good day.

Makes me very concerned about Memphis coming to Monroe. FSU bearing Virginia though. Maybe we aren’t bad.

That game was one to forget. It reminded me of the NC State game a few years ago where they could tell us where they were going to run and still get 10 or 20 yards out of it. Memphis has a strong and athletic looking team and honestly, right now we are not even close to their level.

I was hoping y’all would do well to feel better about our game.
