How many of those were passes of more than 15 yards (before yards after catch)? Many years he’s been a short pass maestro which helps with completion percentages.

Right, which is why it's shocking he's never been over 80% before

RE: 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season
It depends on the defense and what they are giving up and when you have a wizard throwing the ball, it can happen.

I'm a bit worried about my Cowboys defensive front right about now with the DT/DE ongoing injuries. Without their studs, they simply aren't getting sacks or good hurries. It will get better in about 4-5 weeks when we get our main guys back but they can't continue to rely on off the charts cornerback play and out-scoring teams every week. The Cowboys need to have another good offensive showing again this week otherwise, it will be comptitive in Foxboro.

RE: 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season
Cowboys have their 2 best pass rushers injured and it has really hurt them. They will be back in 3-4 weeks and then look out!

Yes, Pats almost pulled a major upset but in the end, Dallas overcame the refs and terrible coaching to still win. The talent gap between the 2 teams was apparent. Give the Patriots credit for hanging close to force OT!

Lol Dallas was a 3 point favorite, so not as major as you might like to think. The refs? Come on man, now you really sound like a Cowboys fan. Lemme guess it wasn’t a fumble at the goal line?

RE: 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season
As simplistic as this sounds, I think the reason for it being as close as it was comes down to Mike McCarthy vs Bill Belichick. Dallas has weapons, but I don't see championship caliber yet. It feels like this team is at least a year away, but maybe they can get there sooner than that. I don't think the soft schedule will help them in that regard though. Need to be stretched and tested before the playoffs.

Coaching was a difference and fumbling at the goal line which cost them 7 points. It should have never been this close but it was. Pats played a good game so they should be proud of the effort.

You dodged my question, where specifically did the refs "Screw" the Cowboys?07-coffee3

Late in the game with the holding call that was debatable. It doesn’t matter, Cowboys won the game.

Should be a great finish for the season. Most balanced records ever seen thus far. Little to no separation in either conference.

Also the sad news that Demaryius Thomas passed away at age 33. Wasnt sure where else to put that. Far too young.

Seizures. Which of course brings up the elephant in the room, was any of that caused by head trauma?

Very sad news about Thomas. Internet is already speculating and the conspiracy theories immediately followed, vaccine, car crash, or football related head trauma.

It's terrible news. From what everyone says he was a pretty great guy. I've seen multiple reports that it was a seizure and that he had been struggling with them recently and that was confirmed by a family member. So, the head trauma questions are real. But, that will be the case any time any former football player dies from anything like that.

The general curiosity with sudden and tragic loss of life will always generate questions. I've heard the same regarding seizures and I think questioning the relationship to football is fair.

While football didnt help, not sure conspiracy theories are needed. His seizures started after a serious car accident in Feb 2019. I think its safe to assume the trauma from that accident is the main cause. Regardless, at 33, its never good to see sudden death

I'm begging Rodgers to sign somewhere other than GB, and for a new coach and GM. Bears are unwatchable.

Careful what you wish for, look at Brady and still beating the Bills. but at least it wouldn't be 2x per year

Get the most talented QB in NFL history out of my division and away from my division rival as soon as possible. There is nothing there to hedge.

Be careful what you wish for probably wasn't the appropriate statement. Just meant that Brady is still haunting the Bills, even after moving.

I obviously hope that he goes to the AFC, and I hope he wins multiple championships with another franchise. It's not very comforting, but I do take some solace knowing that Green Bay hasn't capitalized on his career. 29 years of Farve and Rodgers and just two championships.
