No matter who wins WKU will be first in the east. If Tech wins, WKU will still be tied for first in the conference.

The 2015 version of WKU would beat this one by 4 TD or more 9 out 10 times. Right now we are very average.

I wasn't sure what to expect from UAB and neither were the bookies. 4 interceptions from Johnston was a surprise. UAB couldn't run on you either. They're exposed. I'm not sure if they're a 'house of cards', but Rice is sure going to try and prove it.

ODU can't be discounted. They've had a challenging OOC schedule which is finally over. Smartt has potential. ODU isn't playing bad.

You have a fun, tough schedule left. ODU, Charlotte, and MTSU are games you'll probably be favored. Stealing one of the other 5 would get you to a bowl possibly. That puts you ahead of schedule in regards to most coaching changes.

ODU shouldn't be too difficult. Your coaches probably figured out what UVA figured out in the second half and ECU figured out. Crowd the box and make us throw. We can't do it.

Our D will keep it close, and we may rip off a few runs, but that's about it.

Well it should be as ugly as the UAB game then. Because that’s exactly how they played us. So did Louieville. So will everyone. We’re on a backup qb that couldn’t beat out a guy that was struggling in his own right.

Our dee does okay against the run but gets burned deep often. We use so many of our dbs in run support it opens us up to the long ball. Our number one db has been torched more than a homecoming bonfire.

Should make for a very ugly, very close game.

We're out our best WR & RB as well. Even with them our O was anemic, without it's sputtering at best. If Smartt has some time to throw we might complete a couple passes, the last few weeks the Dlineman have been in our backfield from the snap though. Did a little better against VT. Biggest threat on O is probably Smartt using his legs. I have zero expectations, really.

The your D should be fine because our QB doesn't throw the ball past 8 yards.

It really wasn’t that long ago that WKU was kickin butt and taking names. This start wasn’t expected but shouldn’t feel that unfamiliar.

This team and coaching staff seem to be getting better and better each week. They are a fun team to watch. Unfortunately I’m working like the next 4 weekends so no games in person for me.
