Well, between Butz, Reed, Weems, and Gordon you kind of wondered if something was going to give. It's a shame they won't have more time to fill Gordon's spot behind Butz in the lineup, but taking Ongenda last month helps there. I figure Butz will be the primary center, Reed will fill some time there in a three-big rotation, and Ongenda fills whatever minutes are left over unless they can find a last-minute grad transfer or reclass.

2 AAC teams in top 50

last year #50 recruiting class had 47.78 points.

right now-
Big East- has 2 teams above that
AAC- has 1 team above that

the current top 50 is utterly meaningless right now. I mean for gosh sakes- you have teams like Kennesaw St and Elon in the top 50. It's still way too early.

And love how you guys want to bring up recruiting, and want to completely ignore the news about DePaul. I wonder why....

Rare to see a kid transfer twice in a span of a year. I don't think this will be viewed negatively against DePaul, but more for this young man who clearly has not found a fit and will end up attending a third program in under two years.

The AAC has had 9 different teams make the tourney and could easily see #10 this year with USF. Oh, and they had 10 top 100 teams last year in the NET. So hardly 5 trash teams.

Yeah, it's definitely the AAU culture which is a joke.

I know it sort of doesn't matter but does anyone know if he participated on the foreign trip and what that does to his eligibility?
