2 big additions to Men's Hockey
NU finally announced that goalie Craig Patano and Forward Brendan van Riemsdyk will join the Huskies this fall. Both players leave Hockey East rivals as 5th-year seniors to join the program.

Patano played the last 3 seasons at Merrimack, the last 2 as a starter. He appeared in 57 games for Merrimack, including five shutouts.

van Riemsdyk played in 111 games the last 3 seasons at UNH, recording 20 goals and 24 assists. His brothers James and Trevor play in the NHL.

Patano fills the gap from the departed Cayden Primeau. van Riemsdyk is expected to be a top-line player.
