Any idea how many CUSA kids were taken in the CUSA draft? Marshall’s goalie was taken in the first round by LAFC. I am sure others were drafted as well.

Sadly, we won’t have anyone else drafted in the final two rounds this year. We return everyone else from our double C-USA championship, third round NCAA Top Ten (per Soccer America) team.

That's great for your little team. If you continue that sort of thing for another 2 decades you'll be about where Charlotte is now. Of course that's assuming you make at least 2 final fours and 1 national championship game. Oh, and get into the top 5 rankings a few times.

I’m confused. To be “where Charlotte is now”, we’d have to give up one of our championships as Charlotte has never won a CUSA double, drop a thousand off our attendance, make disimprovements to our brand new top-end stadium, have our all-American transfer, and fire our new elite coach.

You all do you. We are Marshall #Flagship.
That post is the biggest load of nothing I've ever seen. Marshalls soccer program is not even in the same universe as Charlotte's, but I admire your OVER confidence.

I can't believe I am talking soccer attendance smack, but you are horribly incorrect here. We average more than your stadium holds. Y'all had a fantastic crowd v WVU though.

Looks like the NCAA has a proposal to make soccer a year round sport and mimick the pro level. Non Conference games in the fall and Conference games and NCAA in the spring. Those who follow pro soccer do you think this is a better set up or would you rather keep it as a fall sport (Sept-Dec).
