There's a couple other little tweaks in his plan that I think are BS.

As of right now, I'm mostly against this b/c I feel it would become just another money pot for the dirty politicians to dip in for "other" appropriations.

Citizens don't get a choice if we go to war but we're going to be taxed for it? I'm all for helping Vets out, but if we are truly going to help Vets out, let's do it right and not via extra taxes. Let's cut out some social programs and fund services for our men and women that have served.

We already have a War Tax but it's called an Income Tax. What a buffoon. How about we tax people that want to become Congressman a certain type of Poll Tax for candidates.

I like it. Let's go to an ala carte tax system. Tell me how much I have to pay if I want national defense, how much for interstate highways, etc. I will pick the things I want and send you that much money and those are the only services I get.

I'll consider a war tax only after they enact a "fleeing from an accident because I was a drunk entitled little ****" tax.
