In case anyone were interested in what the DOBO does (I asked Kris Sears about the what the position entails!):

"the DOBO role has a lot of administrative responsibilities. Some of the tasks that the position entails includes travel, organizing team meals, communicating with players about schedules, planning of on-campus recruiting, sending out recruiting mail outs, works with team video, does film exchange, camps, and oversees the student manager staff. Those are just some of the tasks a DOBO does, but it is an important job, especially when it comes to keeping things organized from a program standpoint. More or less the biggest thing a DOBO cannot do is on-the-court coaching."
