Just curious bro, and im not busting your chops, but what does 2017 have to do with the price of tea in China? Most recent stats? What am I missing here?

Interesting, but I'm also just curious... Why post ticket sales from two years ago? Have last year's not come out yet?

And are these ticket sales for all sports, only football, what exactly?

RE: 2017 CUSA Ticket Sales
These are all sports tix sales for 2016-17. I’m assuming he pulled them from USA Today database. 2017-18 should be released any day based on prior years. ODU’s for 17-18 will show 3,426,427.

These are the most recent ones that have been released. New ones will be released soon.

Just goes to show which schools have true support.

Where is the data for ticket sales listed on USA Today's site? How far back can you go?

RE: 2017 CUSA Ticket Sales
would you rather have a large ticket sales number or a large actual people at the games? attendance totals below...pardon the ****** formatting...don't know how to fix it

game year total

1 UAB 26,375 158,252
2 UTSA 22,821 114,104
3 North Texas 22,362 134,174
4 Marshall 21,741 130,447
5 Southern Miss 21,711 130,265
6 Louisiana Tech 20,375 142,626
7 Old Dominion 20,118 120,708
8 UTEP 19,548 97,740
9 Rice 19,354 96,770
10 Florida Atlantic 17,953 125,668
11 WKY 15,706 94,234
12 MTSU 15,620 93,718
13 FIU 14,286 100,002
14 Charlotte 11,903 71,420

coming from a north texas fan....our tickets are way too cheap if we had a larger per game average and total attendance per year compared to marshall, yet are 2.7 million dollars less

marshall average ticket price 29.80
north texas average ticket price 8.62

crazy good value for north texas, but sucks that it isn't way higher to get more cash

I don’t think we did bad at all. That was our worst athletic year ever. It started with the AD retiring before the football season started. Football went 0-12 and Kugler resigned 5 games into the season. Basketball went 10-20 and Floyd resigned 6 games in. I would like to see our numbers during an average or successful year.

This is what i have been saying since we joined the league. UTEP has a very good fanbase. AD at UTEP needs to figure out a way to keep your FB and BB programs peforming at a decent level and they will show up in huge numbers. At some point i hope you guys get invited to MWC because that's where you belong. Coming back to topic i think there is a reason why ODU Administration decided to prioritize comfort and amenities over having a large no of seats with the rebuild. Keeping the seat demand high until we have to expand again with out resorting to 10$ ticket give away and these numbers back their reasoning.

I think this is all sports ticket sales. Still not a great look for UNT, but it explains why some programs that sell well in basketball are closer to the top.

The Owl Club 2016-2017 Impact Report lists Rice ticket sales as $1,887,834. I can't find 2017-2018 numbers, and I would guess them lower as the football program tanked on the field.
