Looking at the staffs we have the same amount of assistant coaches, it’s the other staff where you can use the name/title that can be creative. NCAA mandates the number of coaches and trainers you have, otherwise schools like Bama would have 20 top notch assistants and not have to get creative with Graduate Assistant slots going to middle aged men.
