UCF vs Memphis for championship.

Houston Memphis will play for west.

Cincinnati and UCF will play for the west, but unlike Houston and Memphis the game winner may not be the east division champ, Cincy has Memphis, Houston, and USF on the road. UCF misses Memphis and has the other two at home. UCF only team forecasted with ten wins or more (10-3)

Eight eligible bowl teams. Everyone except UConn predicted to have at least four wins and Navy just missing bowl eligibility with five.

Pretty good rundown actually.

Captured the fact that DLine is our biggest question mark, but also captured that Heupel got some big time help this past recruiting cycle with Cam Goode, Morris-Brash (All American), and a transfer from Indiana. There's probably another transfer pending too.

I listen to the podcast the Athlon sports guys put on. They're actually pretty well informed. Despite being big P5 homers, they probably give us, and the AAC in general, one of the fairer looks in the media.

If we can go 10-3 with another AAC championship, I would be very happy with that. We're definitely taking a step back this year, the question is how far back. I like Mack and think he can get it done if he works on his ball security.

What 3 games do you see us dropping?

UCF is gonna get smoked at good ole Nippert. Absolute beatdown. Can't wait to skull**** yall. So theres 1.

Don't see too much trouble from FAMU, @FAU, @Tulsa, ECU, or UCONN.

Stanford, @Pitt, @Cincinnati, Houston, @Temple, @Tulane, and USF will all be tough games. We're going to drop a few in there.

Bring it on! You will be one of about four tough games, but you're not quite going to be able to pull it off.

Nice little road map that also serves to highlight the must see games of the year.

Just being honest, that last 11 through 16 (starting at home for Tulsa) looks like a lot of fun. Doubt I could get tickets in Southbend but skipping that game would make for a short fun trip to New Orleans, on to Memphis, and then go finishing it out with Navy at Houston, before the championship game held in Tulsa and finishing by heading to Philadelphia wouldn't be a bad second leg at all.

Thanks for sharing that, I loved this quote:

"Bad news: We have to attend a UConn football game.

Good news: Randy Edsall is buying postgame drinks with his $10,000 bonus for tying his shoelaces during pregame warmups."

Linwood Crump and Rock Ya-Sin was a great name secondary. Didn't even realize Crump was that good last year.

Great find.
That would be an epic trip.

I would say that if you're worried about finding tickets to Navy at Notre Dame you shouldn't be sanguine about getting tickets to Army Navy.

Oh I'm not, but ND has season tickets and getting visitor tickets I assume would be tough. With the Army-Navy I at least got a chance.

Don't worry, there are always ways to get Army-Navy tickets on the secondary market. Often quite affordable ways.

Meh, Athlon. They never have predicted Temple better than 4th in the East. That being said, of course it could happen but imo USF and the Owls will be in a 4 way fight with UCF and Cincinnati in the East. I just don’t see a huge spread between them this year. Wouldn’t surprise me that those 4 go 2-2 against each other and the tiebreaker goes to a coin flip.

Not sure I am sold on USF yet. I see a 3 way with Temple, Cincy, and UCF.

There won't be a team in the AAC on our schedule that finishes within 21 points of UC. Pin this.

So you are saying Temple will only beat you guys by 20? OK, I'll take it.

Although I think UC has the talent to not lose to anyone in the AAC nobody coming within 21st a gem of a stretch.

They literally predicted Temple 2nd last year.
