RE: CUSA NFL network deal
Definite improvement over BeIn.
With no further info, I have to expect CBSSN remains their primary rights holder, so the exposure could be diminished by getting second tier choices. (What's the second tier of a G4? Third-and-a-half tier?)

Total guess, but maybe this is worth $10M a year? More peanuts than their current peanuts?

Guess C-USA needs to cancel the contract.

RE: CUSA NFL network deal
This is a great deal for us.

I don’t think money matters at this point. We need exposure, and this helps.

It’s a good day for a G4 er.

Oh I have no idea but assumed it might be a little. Still think it is a good idea. Guaranteed Saturday afternoon games on a football network. Could be a lot worse for them.

I give them a hard time, but they need exposure. Sounds like this will help. At least it isn't NBA G league TV. 03-shhhh

It's easier to watch a NFL Network stream than a CBS Sports stream. Good for Conference America.

Good for them. It's 40 televised games over the next four years on Saturday afternoons. Much better than some of those MAC schedules.

Really? NFL Network comes on most basic sports packages.

Can't get it on Direct TV or Dish.

No one I personally know gets it on a basic package.

Going to be interesting to see how the NFL network holds up as carriage fees and cable in general fade out. If the NFL networks begins to slip will these college conference networks survive?

I had the NFL Network until about a week ago when UVerse removed it from my programming.

I have Dish and I get NFL Network. I don’t know what a “basic” package is these days but Dish has Top 100, Top 200, and Top 300 levels. I have the Top 200 because that’s the lowest level where my wife and I both get our “must have” channels.

I get it on Direct TV too. It comes standard with 4 out of their 6 levels

Comcast no longer has NFL channel on regular cable. It's a sport tier cost now.

Sorry I was a bit early.

DirectTV Now and U-verse have dropped it. The contract for Dish and DirectTV expire after this season but it appears unlikely at the moment they will continue to carry it.

DirecTV and Uverse are both AT&T companies so it may be an A&T thing.
