That's part of the problem. Ricci has been there for 19 seasons. She has one of the best recruiting tools in softball by having one of the greatest, if not the greatest, pitchers on her coaching staff. Cat has been there for 6 seasons. Why have they not recruited a pitcher the quality of Randi Rupp or better during that period of time?
