3 seniors this year... Lewis, Jacobs, Fredericks (Grad Tr)
3 juniors...Hodge, Morse, Mensah
3 sophs...Harvey, Wooden, Christmas
3 frosh...Amadi, Edwards, Strickland

TBD...Taylor (will have to sit out this upcoming year and will be a Jr in eligibility for next year assuming he gets no waiver to play this year???)

Hard to get much more balanced than that.

I think Mensah May be a RSoph with 3 years of eligibility left. It was originally assumed he would have to sit a year, but now that he doesn’t he’s got this season plus two more to play. He’s originally a 4* recruit, so could be the best post JMU’s had since Bowles.

Thank you for the correction.

Edit: Terell Strickland is Rod Strickland’s son, and played at SPHS in 2018 and 2019. (Darius Banks graduated from SPHS in 2017.)

His brother, Tai Strickland, will be a redshirt sophomore for Temple next year (sat out last year after transferring from Wisconsin).

McFarlane signed with Dodge City CC (KS)

McFarlane the 6'4 205 SG out of Florida that Coach B was recruiting last season went the JUCO route (avg 5.5 pts per game and shot 3-23 from 3pt) just committed to SE Louisiana. Good luck to him, but I think that was a good non-signing based on what we've brought in talent wise.

Played in the G-League last season

Just drafted by the Bucks at the start of the 2nd round 31st overall. That pick is being traded to the Pacers then to the Bullets err Whizzzerrds

If you’re a Whiz fan, be interesting to see if he develops to the NBA level.

Per ESPN
This pick was traded by Indiana to Washington, via Milwaukee. Isaiah Todd was a pleasant surprise in the G League bubble, scoring nearly a point every two minutes while dropping impressive glimpses of shot-making prowess both inside and outside the arc.

Standing 6-foot-10 with strong mobility, he's a highly aggressive and competitive player and has had some good moments switching on pick and rolls. With that said, he has a lot of work to do on his awareness off the ball and ability to play through contact, as the game often moves too fast for him on both ends of the floor, and his passing and decision-making ability are major work in progress. Still only 19, Todd is likely to need additional seasoning in the G League but does have some upside to grow into as a stretch-4. --Jonathan Givony

My group ran into the team during Todd’s visit at Ruby’s Arcade downtown after a football game. Got a chance to talk with Rowe and Todd. He was teammates with Greg Jones at John Marshall. Nice guy and wish him the best with the Wiz.
