OL issues like they have take time to recover from. When they went through this at the end of the Bowden era it took about 3 years to get the OL back to where it needed to be.

Jimbo really torpedoed that program toward the end.

I don't disagree with your assessment of Jimbo. Taggart is a program builder though, and I expect he'll be able to make strides at FSU. Whether or not he can make them a playoff worthy program again, I'm not sure.
