Sounds like JB is going to have to rerecruit at lesst half.his team and Samari, it sucks because I cant imagine with any of the players rumored to be looking, will have better circumstances than next year.
I haven't seen anything where there is even a hint of Curtis wanting out or anyone transferring. Unless you're referring to Corryville Carl who has 25 followers and posted pictures of milk and cookies recently.

From what we saw earlier in the week, I think we are good with our current players. Still could lose one or two outeide of fredericks but the core is here. This is the reality of getting a new coach. Besides, if the players aren't all in with Brannen, he wouldn't want them here anyway. The Pettway thing is exciting in that Brennan has some connections and is swinging for the fences. He might not land him but he's aiming for the top rated recruiter of 2018. Tell me that isn't exciting! Even if he doesn't land this coach, it never hurts to ask. The worst that can happen is he says no. What's to lose?

Wonder if Corryville Carl is bulldogs twitter. Corryville Carl did correctly call the Brannen hiring about 4 hours before it was leaked to anyone else. Did he just get lucky? Or does he have a solid inside source?

The rumor is Brooks and Johnson are going to enter the transfer portal and Brooks will be doing so before noon today - so that one will be verified (or not) quickly.

He unfollowed everyone on the UC basketball team on twitter. He still has his commitment picture up on twitter, but he removed everything UC from his instagram

His bio list him joining twitter 4/19, hmmm. Odd to list where you work.

That was the big discussion last night. I would read it as he is gone or at least reconsidering.

My view about next year is grab as many grad transfers as possible to fill the roster out. Then see if there are any traditional transfers or incoming freshmen worth a scholarship. PG is a huge need.

I honestly think it would be a mistake for any of those guys to transfer/decommit. But if they do, we will be fine. These things happen when you have a coaching change. Brannen seems to know how to recruit and coach, so Iā€™m not concerned. I still think we will be a top 25 team next year.

I'd be hyped to get Pettway. I don't know why not getting him is so exciting, though. I guess it shows how depressed some fans were.

I think what people mean is that they're thrilled our new coach is out there swinging for the fences, rather than making excuses and talking about how hard his job is.

Compared to what the previous coach thought UC was capable of, it is exciting.

If you're referring to that one twitter account with 20-something followers that got everyone in a tizzy yesterday, I would pump the brakes.

Now if you have other intel, fine. But that one guy on twitter isn't exactly Chad, and there's no reason to believe anything he says at the moment.

I stand corrected. All bow down to Corryville Carl!

Corryville Carl has now called both the Brannen hiring and Brooks transfer 4+ hours before any other leak. Not sure who he is, but he does seem to have a close inside source - or is good at guessing. He claims Johnson is going to transfer as well, so I guess we will see if his streak continues.
