You have to place yourself in the shoes of the conference commish's and look at possible targets for expansions. A lot of D2 callups have aspire others after good showing at D1. The biggest D2 names that were called up were North Dakota State, Boise State and schools like Belmont, Mercer, N. Kentucky, Lipscomb, FGCU and others.
