Sounds like something to try with an Allagash Tripel...

I've gone to Lubbock to watch baseball on several occasions... but a 9 hour drive to Albuquerque? hmm...

Sounds like a terrible waste of good New Mexico chiles, but who knows.

If anyone here happens to go to an Isotopes (love the team name) home game and has the guts to try this, please provide a review.

Last year, I tried a deep fried mac and cheese brisket ball, with moonshine sauce, during a Richmond Flying Squirrels game last year. Brisket inside the mac and cheese. Not great, but not bad.
