Y'all ran into a buzz saw.

Michigan isn't a good offensive team but I based my Elite 8 run, prediction, on the matchup of UM vs UB. Ya'll would have whooped em. TT is an elite 8 returning team that somehow lost to WVU in the BIG12 tourney. They are hot... That sucks. The Raiders could be a final 4 team....

Don't hang your heads. Sometimes matchups don't go your way. This TT team is dominant at the moment though.

I have TT in the final 4 but man.. that game against Gonzaga is gonna be a good one.

I can't believe what I saw. Until the final seconds UofM had not made a 3-pointer and was headed for total futility.

Always a good day when UM gets embarrassed on National TV.

What’s funny are some of my fellow UB fans feeling bad that we got the one awful matchup w a 3 seed... and the Bulls would’ve beaten anyone else and Nate Oats would still be coach. Um, No. He would’ve just gone to an even better program than Alabama.

Now that UofM is out, if MSU would lose, those of us in Michigan can stop hearing about how “great” those two basketball programs are.

If Bama thought Oats was their guy, they certainly would have waited another week for him.

I truly believe that UB is better than UM. Thought it all along. TT is on the way to the championship. Houston is second choice and I hate Sampson the crook.

I was hoping to see a UB-UM match-up. Based on what I saw against TT, I also think UB would have won that game.

FYI- Ironically, some interesting Buffalo connections with U of M:
* UM's athletic director is former UB athletic director, Warde Manual (hired Turner Gill as FB coach, the only UB FB coach to win the MAC)
* John Beilein is from Buffalo- coached at Erie Community College (where he had a player named Reggie Witherspoon) and took Canisius College to the NIT and NCAA.

Buffalo was a great team and just had a tough match-up with TT as UofM and Gonzaga discovered as well. Houston was another awesome Mid-major this year. Need more Mid-majors in the tourney to make it more fun as they are as about as good as the top programs. Toledo and Kent were up there as well. Great job UB on a fantastic season!

U of M and now Gonzaga got the same treatment as UB. Texas Tech is quite a team. I should have given them more consideration when picking my bracket. .
