Weird thing to flex on considering all of the actors involved in the war. Sure, blame Obama for the rise of ISIS, but I don't think DJT can claim him taking office lead to this victory.

Yeah, so weird. Under obama, for months they were joyriding up and down the highways of Syria and Iraq in caravans of Toyotas, and uploading some of the most horrific footage the internet has ever seen. Their ability to flourish inspired the attacks in Paris and Nice.
Trump got in, gave the order to obliterate them, and that was that.
