There are just too many conference tournament TV games on for the casual fan to keep them straight.

Leads ratings? Against the G5 conferences in that article maybe. Still not even close to ACC ratings.

If you click the article and then click the Neilson link they sourced (the 319), it compares those games to NCAA Tournament games from last year as the basis, which is wrong.

ACC had two broadcasts of the game. Would love to know the combined rating

Solid number by the MW. I'd argue the AAC actually did quite well. The AAC Final on cable (ESPN), finished only just slightly behind the MW who was on CBS-OTA. 04-cheers

Sorry guy, but the AAC is not some low budget mid-major like the mwc. You guys were on CBS-OTA and the AAC was on ESPN against the big10. Last year when the AAC was on CBS our ratings for our semi final and finals came in 4th or 5th place out of all conferences. You guys can argue all football season about being equal to the American (which the new contract has proven to be false) ,but basketball is a non starter for ya against the AAC LOLOLOL Epic Applause

Pretty sure the MWC tournament outdrew the AAC as well. 7,200 for the AAC final (1 v 2 seed), 8,900 for the MWC title (2 v 4 seed)

The little brother syndrome of the MWC towards the AAC is impressive.
