I'm not sure what the MAC overall attendance was, but I'm guessing it was a down year as Akron, Kent, and Ohio were all knocked out early. The title game had a listed attendance of 7,813 which is pretty respectable.

Big East tournament at MSG is a tradition unto itself. Very good draw in NYC.

Only 11,379 for the PAC-12 @ T-Mobile huh. Seems like that number has gone down quite a bit. I'm a fan of keeping it in Vegas, but still. Tickets are overpriced at T-Mobile.

Box scores for the tournaments show per session. So putting each game listed individually should be taken with a grain of salt.
Done the way as above, the MW was 72,885 (avg 7,288). Champ game was 8,969x

Not sure if Vegas was the cause, or the conference being down this year.

Good find. Clear separation between the Power and non-Power leagues.

Seems like a clear separation in top 5 conferences, then pac then aac /a10.

BE is very impressive. Even with changes brought about by conference realignment (ex: no more Syracuse and UConn), the Big East tournament still does well in New York.
The Big 12 tournament does very well in Kansas City. KU, K-State, and Iowa State carry that tournament. It helped that all three of those teams were in the semifinals, and that Iowa State played KU in the finals. The Big 12 is smart to keep its tournament in Kansas City. Kansas City has a long tradition as the home of the old Big 8 Holiday Tournament, the old Big 8 post-season tournament, and all but a few Big 12 tournaments. It also sits near the conference's biggest basketball fan bases. They do a great job in hosting the event.

Yes, the Big 12 is an outstanding basketball conference in terms of both fan support and results. Doesn't get enough credit for that.

RE: 2019 Conference Tournaments Attendance
For the large conferences, which have an extra day for what are essentially play-in games, average attendance is depressed by poor first day numbers. For the ACC, as an example, once they played down to 12 teams their average attendance was 18,349. This was despite very poor attendance on Wednesday night for the Louisville-Notre Dame and Syracuse-Pitt games. The afternoon session that day, which featured 3 pseudo-local teams (Clemson, NC State and Va Tech) drew 8,000 more fans.

RE: 2019 Conference Tournaments Attendance
The Big East Tournament has allowed itself to be successful thanks to the proximity and alumni bases of St. John's, Georgetown, Villanova, Seton Hall and Providence, as well as the large and passionate traveling fan bases of the Midwestern programs. Additionally, the Big East Tournament gets many casual sports fans and basketball fans in attendance as well. It really is an amazing set-up. In theory, adding two teams with strong fan bases would add another session to the event (and likely sellout), and increase the usage and total attendance of the World's Most Famous Arena. There's definitely room for growth there, which is a great thing.

The ACC needs to be playing in a bigger building........Charlotte is too small.

Right, but it also gives them an edge in overall numbers. E.g., the ACC had 230,000 overall attendance compared to 170,000 for the Big 12, because of those extra sessions.
I like average attendance better, but you can look at it either way.

It does show the importance of intangible factors. E.g., the AAC has about as many schools with rich basketball traditions, and current success, as does the Big East.
But, AAC tournament attendance is far lower, because there is no cultural unity among them, they are just a hodge-podge of "best not in the A5" schools. So whereas thanks to their longstanding rivalry, Georgetown and St Johns fans will turn out to see them play even if both are having bad years, you don't get that same support for say Memphis vs UConn, because there is no history there.
