He felt that way about Stoney Brook and feels that way about Ohio. He said he believed it was the top job in the MAC. But I'm sure a lot of that is based on intangibles like arena size and college town.

Not to mention he was four-year letterman, two-time captain for Bobcats who had fair amount of success while he was playing.

Boals certainly recruiting like it’s the top job in the MAC. Comparing his salary to what the new guy at Buffalo is making certainly suggests he’s at at the MAC’s premier program as well.

Boals pay is roughly x2 the low major going rate.

The x2 rule is what the MAC is using for football, paying right at about x2 the top FCS programs.

Its a good development for the MAC when 15 years ago they pay was about the same as the average FCS program.
