The announcer said the exact same thing

Ok, then Houston just choked instead. Personally I would rather credit Cincy for being the reason you didn't play well. That's just me though.

And you can blame tired legs, but Cincy had a rougher 3 days then Houston did. So that wont hold much water either.

Regardless, it was a fun game. No doubt a better game than Houston vs Wichita State would have been.

Good luck to both in the tournament (as well as UCF and HOPEFULLY Temple)

Good luck to Memphis in the NIT as well.

I am now in full AAC routing mode.

I'm not blaming tired legs

I saying shots werent falling ... Shots don't fall every night in basketball...

You say you aren’t a homer but you’d never give cincy credit even if your life depended on it

I legitimately said that you guys shut down dejon in that post...

And I didn't say anything about your offense scoring

But Hinton missed 5 3s that didn't even have a defender on him
Corey airballed 3s and undershot 3s numerous 3s.. while being defended by Broome and Jenifer
- 3 of his missed 3s were open on offensive rebound passouts

This was a bad shooting night and you know this

Crybaby, whiner.

Sorry you were so wrong all year.

i literally never question UC in any AAC championship....
what did i i say is wrong????

the cumberland debate: if uc wants to be truly elite i think they need a more agile guard who can score with the ball ...and then have cumberland off ball ready to shoot or attack the help defense on (the main player).....
i never denied cumberland was good....i even said he was 1st team all conference in that deabte....i just said UC wont be elite elite if hes the main scorer

so you consider UC elite elite??

i never question UC in the aac, and actually projected them 2nd...they finished 2nd in the standing ...my point was referencing how far they could go in the tournament

make it to the sweet 16..and i will be proven wrong..its that simple

Yada, yada, yada. Long posts of gibbirish with no punctuation. You spent all year taking shots at Cumberland and have rambled on about UC fans complaining about the refs and whatever else nonsense you post.

He’s dropped the homer bomb all year too as if he’s been viewing UC like a normal fan all year.

You spend more time posting words about UC in the internet than any UC fan I know. Which is fine, I have no problem with passion, but sometimes you gotta cut your losses man.

1) go to page 3 , page 4, page 5 of this very thread.....it is literally just UC fans complaining about the refs..

2) i never took shots at cumberland!!!! ..the literally early debate was about if UC could be top 15 good if he is the main scorer.....and the second debate was that he has to be the favorite for AAC POY, but there are other players in the race (which UC fan said it was him by a mile)
---saying your player is the favorite for an award but others are in the conversation isn't a shot

Bruh.

You made multiple posts after UC Canada trip where you said that this team will be lead by Keith Williams and that Fredericks had so much potential. You were full of hot takes regarding jarron’s rough shooting.

Jarron is the best player. He abused every single defender then Houston ran at him. And if Dejon jarreau is gonna be who tries to stop him next year, then bring it. He ain’t stopping jarron ever.

Just admit you were wrong.

You basically scoffed at the idea of jarron being player of the year when I brought it up.

I mean, you dissed jarron all year and then being up the top 15 team thing.

No one said UC was going to be top 15. No one.

But we’re 28-6. And we kicked your ass in a single elimination tourney on a neutral floor.

Most of Houston’s fans are fine. But your BS with jarron and UC all years makes me hope they get smashed in the first round

i never said "will" be lead... i said "should be" lead offensively... i said Cumberland could lead them with the shots but i dont think they would be top level elite if they did so..and should develop others

i still believe keith Williams has the most potential if you developed him offensively and that Fredricks potential isnt being reached

i didnt scuff at the idea of jarron being player of the year...you said if POY of the year was picked "today" it would be cumberland by a mile...i scuffed at that comment...as on that specific "day" alston had more pts per game than cumberland (lead the aac) with an almost identical record ..i scuffed how you thought there wouldnt even be a conversation

He hasn't been in coaching for, like, seven years.

Why not a more recent name, such as Tubby Smith?

Alrighty then.

I wasn't that drunk. Cumberland dropped 30+ on you and was shooting 50% midway through the 2nd half. He literally WAS that guard that you speak of in the title game - and if he plays on form then he really could be that guard in the tournament as well.

Anyone that drops 30+ on a high FG% in front of a national audience while playing an athletic 3-seed team is the exact type of player that can carry a team in a tournament.
