Big East Tournament 2019 Thread
[Image: D1RJQ-bWoAA-HrM.jpg]

Will anybody be able to dethrone Villanova? Can Seton Hall keep its momentum going? Can Marquette stop its freefall? Will St. John's be able to solidify a tournament bid? Will we see our champion come from our middle, which is playing the best basketball right now - Xavier, Creighton and Georgetown? Can our lower seeds pull off the gauntlet and make it to Saturday - Providence, Butler and DePaul?

One of the best weeks of the year.

I have Marquette over Villanova on Saturday. Who does everyone have?

I've got Nova over Providence, Xavier over Creighton, Marquette over DePaul, and Seton Hall over Georgetown....

Then Nova beats Xavier and Marquette beats Seton Hall

And Nova over Marquette on Saturday.

St John's gets really unlucky with about as bad of a matchup 1st round as possible for them.

well definitely not a good bubble day for the Big East. Providence is done. Creighton is done. St John's got ambushed- to me their best case scenario is a trip to Dayton.

its going to be interesting to see if Seton Hall is going to have anything in the tank next week for the NCAA tournament. And where will they get seeded?

Why in the world would anyone pick Marquette? They have been trash the last few weeks now. They're 25/75 to win their first round game and we don't even know who their opponent is yet.

I think they're going to be really helped by the officials in the tourney calling the game like it's supposed to- freedom of movement.... Think Wojo even mentioned this in the presser last night.

I mean it's a much less questionable pick than mine
