Herb Page
Herb Page made it official that he will retire at the end of this season after 41 years. Jon Mills will officially take over the men’s team. The end of an era.

Truly a legend in golf. Hopefully, the teams can make a serious run at a national championship this year - I really like the possibility of the women going very far.

Page has been grooming Mills and I am hoping he is the right man for the job. Additionally, the clubs will have the strong support of Ben Curtis. Staying very hopeful for the future!

Something I never knew - Herb kicked a game-winning field goa to beat Marshall in that magical 1972 season. That was just two years following the tragedies at both KSU and Marshall.

Yeah, I remember when he was their kicker. I also remember him playing hockey, when they had that sport. Quite a Kent State legend.

yes he played football, hockey and golf at KSU, can you imagine a 3 sport athlete today? or even 2 sports
