I am told if a three way tie between CMU, KSU AND UT were to happen Toledo and KSU would get in at the 3 and 4 seeds. KSU can be the 3 if just them and Toledo are 11-7.

I am not sure how a three way CMU, KSU and Toledo tie at 11-7 would go. CMU loses its tie breaker with Toledo. KSU wins it's tie breaker with Toledo. KSU loses its tie breaker with CMU.

EMU with pretty much a 50/50 game vs Ball State. If they can win that game, no reason Eagles cannot move up to a 6 seed. Eagles need to split their last 2 as they would not fare well in a 3 way tie with Miami-Akron.

Dear UofToledoFans,
While it is nice to see your optimism with my Alma Mater, I don't share it. No matter where Eastern may end in the tournament with the first game or so, that will be it. We have already lost to Buffalo and Bowling Green, so, it would be a real loooong shot for us to do anything in the tournament. Season over.

Anyone see the betting lines for tomorrow? A few have me scratching my head. CMU only 4.5 home point favorites vs NIU? That's almost just home court advantage right there. Buffalo only by 12 @ Ohio? Id take CMU and Buffalo in those games.

I think wmu +15.5 is a good bet too. Western isn’t losing games by that much.

I'd put the house on Buffalo -12 after that boat race in Buffalo a couple weeks ago.

Seems like an easy bet but ya know things can change drastically from game to game. UB has a tendency to get disinterested. For example, up 18-0 early vs Miami but only ended up leading by 3 at the half. If UB were to treat this game like the NCAA round 1, they would blow em out. But they probably won't have that kind of intensity,,,,and OU will be jacked to redeem themselves. We'll see.!

Normally I would agree, but I think Toledo has passed their little rut. I think Toledo will cover this tonight.

Yeah that's a good point , usually that's right. Does CMU have an injury we don't know about? NIU has essentially thrown in the towel this season, not sure how they keep under 5.

I was referring to UB being favored by only 12, but yes CMU only being favored by 4.5 would seem attractive as well.

I'm gonna be honest... I don't think CMU is that good. They are the smallest team in the league. The only teams I'd rather play more are Ohio and WMU. I've got NIU tonight.

CMU was without Montgomery, one of our better players against Toledo. Also without him tonight.
