Wow. We have them tomorrow night. That’s quite the midweek schedule between two 3game weekend series for them.

8-0 win for GS. Great pitching tonight. So far this year our pitching has been an A. Our hitting has been a D but today finally we put some hits together

Charleston is not a pretty good team. They haven’t been for four years since they lost Monte Lee to Clemson

That "not a pretty good team" just beat Coastal.

At first I thought he was just a troll, now it’s pretty obvious he just knows nothing about college baseball.

I'd be perfectly fine with that being our worst game of the season...

Bullpen was dreadful tonight. 11 runs over 5 innings.

Pretty terrible night all around for the league going 1-4.

Yeah. Nothing. CofC has been mediocre to bad since they lost Lee. This year will be no different.

I wouldn’t never really call them good, nor bad. The lost Lee, but got Holbrook. Coastal always has trouble at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant, don’t know why but that ballpark just has bad mojo. It’s an early midweek game, the sky isn’t falling. Good teams lose midweeks games, it’s baseball life goes on.

CofC is 7-2 with a series over UConn, who themselves is a top AAC team and has a series win over a top-25 Louisville team.

Obviously it doesn't mean we've turned the corner, but saying they're not a good team shows you haven't bothered to do basic research.

Most Cajun fans would agree. The last three years it's been primarily hitting. This year the hitting has shown some signs of improvement but we still struggle to drive in runs with guys on base. The downer early is the pitching staff is very young and we've given up late inning runs to lose three of the last four games. We're hoping the pitching will come around as they gain some experience but it remains a work in progress at this point.

And now, both the projected #2 starter and projected closer are out with injuries. The closer may not pitch any more this year.
