Its rare that UNCW and W&M both have down years at the same time, but such is the case this season. The Tribe are 10-16 (6-8) this season. They have shown some life lately, however, with an 84-63 explosion over Delaware, a close loss @ Hofstra, and most recently a win over Elon this month.

Back on January 24, the Seahawks defeated W&M at home, 93-88. Nathan Knight went for 24 and 10 and freshman Chase Audige added 24 and 5 assists, but the Toews-Cacok duo was too much for them. Toews led the team in scoring with 23, dishing out 7 assists, while Cacok went for 22 and 16 and also picked up 5 steals.

Round 2 in Williamsburg could be a different story, however, as we have struggled there historically.

We are 6.5 dogs with over/under at 156.5.

William and Mary hit CofC pretty hard as well taking them downn Thursday. They seem to have found their rotation and are playing better defense. I doubt they are as cold from 3 as they were the first time. Not feeling good about getting the W.

Never feel good playing Bill & The Virgin, but especially with our horrendous defense.

Hawks are playing well defensively with better ball pressure. And, they're passing the ball better. Their big man should go pro because he's too good.

It's not the defense except for their big man. Cacok has like 5 TO's already.

We are going to give up 40+ in the first half. Yes we have turned it over but still not going to beeat many people giving up 40+ in just about every single half

I like Kai a lot, but 4 TO's isn't good. He still did some good things. Cacok in the post is killing UNCW tonight. He actually made 2 good passes today which was great to see but the TO's hurt.

Hawks have played better defense today, but it's not really showing due to the bad offense and TO's leading basically to layups. I really have liked their defensive effort today except for Knight outrunning our bigs to the rim consistently. The dumb shots have to be addressed with a seat on the pine.

Hawks with a 0.811 points per possession in the first half. That's TERRIBLE!!!!!! You can't win like that and have 8 TO's plus get out rebounded-mainly due to poor offense and no offensive boards because of the bad offense.

We have guys that can actually shoot the ball and score like Gadsden, Sims and Estime so where's their looks? Sims shot one 3 ball and made it. Has Estime had a shot? Bad ball and player movement gets you beat every time. Everybody stand around after some handoffs and either go 1 on 3 or force it to the post. Sorry, I don't like that!

Defensive effort good after the timeout at the under 16 minute.

Too much standing around on offense in the half court without good ball and player movement plus missing open 3's. The half court defense has been good.

Hawks moving it better and playing better with Sims at the 4 spot right now. Estime looking confident on that one. Only down 5 and playing good defense. Good effort thus far today.

Sims with another bomb!!!! Hawks playing great now. This unit of Toews, Gadsden, Estime, Sims and Cacok are good. They are sharing the ball with 3 great 3 point shooters!!!

They miss 3 of 4 FT's and force the ball to Cacok and fail 2x. That's your ball game. Should have kept getting it to the hot shooters!
