Since we have a thread on men's, I thought I would start on for the women. Since the MAC is now the #7 conference according to RPI ( which is what the women's committee is still using) it stands to reason that we should have some pretty outstanding players this year. I have spent a lot of time watching MAC women's games on ESPN+ this year and have seen all the MAC teams play several games, so I at least have some actual basis for picking the girls that I did. I came up with 7 girls who I thought clearly should be first team, so that was a tough choice. Also, I am a Miami fan, but tried to be objective.
