Broome is inconsistent and flawed, but he can be the best offensive player on the floor for large stretches of time as well. He's frustrating at times, but he's given us some really important stretches too.

i think part of the issue is he has to have the ball in his hands. he's not a guy that can sit out on the wing. jenifer gets a lot of the PG minutes and Cumberland has the ball in his hands a lot in the second half. that kinda gives broome no real position to play.

Whatever success we have the rest of the year will be dependent on Cumberland being solid to spectacular and getting stretches of important play out of the others with Broome and Williams probably at the top of the list. I don't think we can shorten our bench much in tough games. Hopefully our style and playing 10 to 11 deep will pay dividends against teams with better starting fives.

I think Broome shines best in an open court game. There just is not a whole lot of that in our system.
