OK, I'll be "that guy" here.
From what I've seen recently, the milquetoast lumps of flesh passing itself off as a MAN these days could use MORE of that old fashion aggression. The elitists and intellectuals have taken it to the point where their idea of being a man is nothing more than being a spinless jellyfish with ZERO balls. They've neutered men from being hunter/gathers to sitting at home doing needle point.
To then insinuate that being a traditional male = being a bully and a sexual harasser is frankly insulting.
Stuff like this makes me want to puke.
That Mexican beer commercial turns me off too. I've forgotten what beer it was, just that it turned me off. SJW type talk about how Anthony Munoz was discriminated against as an Hispanic football player.
Anthony was discriminated against. Paul Brown called him "the Big Taco".
How was he discriminated against? Pretty sure he was all pro with the Bengals.
A boss calling someone Hispanic the Big Taco is ok in your book? OK.
Greaseball, Wog, Drunk Irish, Stiff upper lip, dumb Pole, Big Taco, blah blah always been around.

Did he pay him less? Did he not play him when he should have?
People have lots of nicknames on sports teams.

For those of you closer to my age, how many of you remember the Noxzema Shaving Cream commercials of the early 70's (mostly aired for NFL games) which came on to the tune of "The Stripper" with a hot brunette telling us to "Take it off, take it all off!"
Oh the glory days when men had testosterone! Who could have foreseen how far we would fall.

My only problem is with rhetoric. The term toxic masculinity simply means *******....in a basic form. That said, the left are masters at turning rhetoric. It’s getting now where the term masculine is frowned on. This isn’t by accident.

I remember them. I'm not sure she was in every commercial but Farrah Fawcett (they used hot blondes too) was in one of them (maybe the one with Joe Namath?).

Well, considering it was probably said in the 70s, and things weren't nearly so PC then - it's the old applying today's standard to the past and doesn't work well.
Additionally, what is said and goes on in locker rooms, even today, would make the PC crowd shudder. It's not a PC place..............

It’s words like toxic. Or in immigration fear of change. As opposed to choosing the change rather than letting outsiders set the course for your country. Or climate denier used by the climate change cult instead of skeptic

The top 2 comments on their absurdly ratio'ed video are amazing. It appears they also have Google going in there to do their dirty work to delete comments and dislikes.

RE: Gillette Attacks Men and Masculinity.
I have a 2 1/2 year old son, and he is going to be raised the same way I was raised by my father.
He is going to love his country and will be grateful to grow up in the greatest country in the world.
He is going to treat ALL people with respect, and at the same time will NEVER apologize for being a white male, because he'll be taught to be proud of who he is.
He is going to say "yes ma'am" and "yes sir" to his elders.
He is going to work hard and take pride in his work.
He is going to play to WIN the game. It'll hurt when he loses... and it should, because it is how you learn and how you get better.
He is going to learn how to properly cook meat. (Suck on it, Gillette.)
He is NOT going to be the ridiculous caricature of a "man" that some beta soyboy marketing firm cooked up for this commercial.
We also have a baby girl on the way, due in July. She's going to be raised to look for a man like that one day... one day WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY in the future. Way way way way way in the future.

The real question is with this marketing strategy is will Gillette have a net gain in sales as an effect of it?

RE: Gillette Attacks Men and Masculinity.
It seems like a lot of you are assuming that "toxic masculinity" refers to all masculinity. It doesn't.
It refers to the "boys will be boys," mindset that essentially waves off violence or sexual aggression. It refers to the idea that "boys don't cry," therefore encouraging males to shut down emotions.
Yes; it also refers to the jackwads who think it's okay to talk over women at work or feel that their ideas are superior simply because they're men, but again, that's not ALL masculinity.
There are a lot of "guys' guys" out there who are not like the people described above. The Gillette commercial highlights that.

Toxic masculinity, gender and other irrelevancies matter to some people. It’s stupid and prejudiced, but there it is.....
