Coming to UCF would be the ultimate FU to Bama. Then he can make comments that we were better and the real National Champs

This, coupled with what BePcr07 posted yesterday (https://www.csnbbs.com/thread-868039-pos...15823226), probably makes Miami the leader in the clubhouse for Hurts.

the UCF premium rivals board has a thread with over 40 pages about Hurts and the one of Justin Fields was over 30

when every source outside of UCF Land shows zero sign either were interested

Money is probably better spent on a Netflix account, equally accurate info and similar levels of drama.

I know that Mod Brandon loves UCF and cares about the Program but I think he is stringing fans along this offseason for board traffic.

To be fair, Brandon hasn't said a word about Fields or Hurts and both of those threads are awesome.... and have absolutely nothing to do with football. A few random tweets but mostly everyone having fun, they're essentially 50 different off-topic conversations within the same thread.

I genuinely don’t get the love for Miami. They go through these cycles where they have a good year then spend the next few years chasing that good year again and then the coach is fired. Facilities are blasé and fan attendance is terrible.

1 - They have won 5 national titles since 1980, topped only by Alabama
2 - They have a great track record of putting players into the NFL
3 - Their football alumni do a great job of creating a family feeling for other Miami alumni (and almost certainly unofficially recruit)
4 - Most kids are still aware of the whole Miami 'mystique' and the swagger they were famous for. Two 30 for 30's saw to that

Hurts is a grad transfer, so this would have no effect on him. Hurts would be the starter in 2019 during Martell's transfer redshirt year, then Martell would get a crack at the job in 2020.

Welp. There goes Houston's chance at the upset.

Can confirm that Oklahoma was able to pay him more the we were.

Tate Martell?

Any chance he's the son of former Washington Sentinel great, Eddie Martell?

Sure but those were all decades ago, most recruits were toddlers when Miami last played for a title.

Prior to 2009, Alabama's last title was 1992. Miami won the title in 2001, so it's been 1 year longer. Not sure the whole 'toddler' thing matters.
