Beat me to it. The one and done business model has an expiration date (2020 at the earliest, it seems) which puts question marks around the likes of Calipari's recruiting model.

Any of those that have followed suit like KS and Dookie will need to adjust their recruiting models.

The new NBA policy will impact relatively few players. The recruiting wars will shift to different players and those programs with the reputation and ability to develop players for the pros will have the edge, IMO.

True, but the players who don't go straight to the NBA from HS will be less NBA ready and therefore likely stick in college longer than one year, in more cases.

So it will be less disruptive to programs that land the higher ranked guys who don't go straight out of HS.

I foresee a lot of crying about refs in Houston's future road games. The arenas will be packed for a ranked team and they will be pushing the refs to make every call. Much different then the home crowd roaring its approval as your bigs crash into players.

Seems many of the coog fans have forgotten the struggles they had last year keeping a big in the game especially on the road.

Bully ball is great till the refs start calling everything because several thousand people are screaming about their team getting mugged constantly, or a Teddy Valentine decides he wants some extra camera time one night.

Spare me the fan fiction about how difficult it is to play at the average AAC gym. We'll lose some road games, but over a 18 game slate, we're deeper and play better D than UCF.

Do you understand what at this moment means?

At this moment you haven't even checked into a hotel for conference play. UCF is back home with a decent road win.

Your bigs are notorious for having foul trouble. In 0articular on the road.

Spare me your coog fiction, till they get a road win they are behind ucf.

I love it how some fans get all salty when things aren't going their way. 03-lmfao

Umm what?

What does UCF having a conference road win have to do with me being salty?

Did you just coog' an insult? I didn't even know that was possible 04-bow

Quit trying to disguise it. Obviously Coogs being udefeated and in 1st place in the conference makes you feel all dirty inside! 03-lmfao

I don't care what your opinion is of the Coogs, if you wanna rank them last, go for it, it really doesn't hurt my feelings!

Just sayin' I love watching folks like you get all salty over it. 03-lmfao

Umm, you are trying way too hard. Houston wins an away game or two and everyone will be chasing them for the title. I don't see them losing at home and are probably a top 3 seed. If I had to bet I'd pick them against the field for the regular season title.

Cincinnati is a top 5 seed type as is UCF and both could win the regular season.

Temple is an NCAA team and will cause some problems in league play, the early loss hurts their title shots but they could still win it.
