I think Colby Suits could push him this year, he looked good against Ole Miss in garbage time

If you guys don't come up with some form of drinking game and title it "Drinkwitzing"... Well, I'm just gonna be disappointed in y'all.

In fact, might need to make two drinking games... maybe "Drinkwitz up" and just Drinkwitzing... one if the team is good and one for bad.

You can't let this opportunity slide through your fingers.

Yes and they’re signing JUCO QB that was LT before TVCC. Evan’s regressed with no G-Money pushing him.

They brought in Gresch Jensen, who had a very good freshmen year under Stitt as HC at Montana. I doubt Vitt or Willie Jones play much at QB this year.

I think Jensen will be the frontrunner too at TXST. Spav's crew signed 5 guys of their own yesterday and 2 were QBs. That tells me they aren't ultra comfortable with what we have returning at QB.

Considering Jensen played for Stitt at Montana I'd give the early edge to Jensen over Vitt for the starting job next year. Fall (summer?) camp should be entertaining.

I'd be surprised if Willie Jones is still a QB next year. I bet he changes positions or transfers.

Saw where south signed the #1 JUCO QB. Will be curious to see if that works out.

I predict it will be the year UL has a QB that can throw. It might not be at the beginning of the season though.

If I recall correctly, he was the #1 rated dual threat QB and he was rated #1 of only 4. So I’m not sure you can use the fact that he was #1 as a gauge of expectation. I would love to have a great quarterback for once, but I’m not going to get unrealistic about it.
