I think it's important for MTSU to not to panic right now. With all due respect to Appy St, the Mountaineers have not been really impressive.

This games has gone the way it has because MTSU keeps pissing in its own food bowl. Too many mistakes. 5 "False Start" penalties? Are you kiddding me? Also, Stock's 2 INT's were thrown to NO ONE as far as I could tell. And the RB's have got to have more than 37 yds rushing in the 2nd half.

If the MTSU OL & Stock will settle down on offense, and the defense stop Appy RB Evans, this will be a tight game at the end, with MTSU having a chance to win. This isn't like today's UNT blowout. MTSU's problems in the 1st half were self-inflicted.

You may have a point about the first half, but honestly I don’t think it would have mattered. You failed to mention all the weird miscues by App in the first half as well. So far they are still pressing down on MTSU’s throat in the second half.

Mental note, the next time we expand we should target 1-aa powers, not SunBelt schools. Sorry middle, it had to be said.
