CAA MBB Rookie of the Week/Player of the Week
Figured this needed it's own go to thread for the rest of the season.

Congrats to Chase on being named this past week's CAA Rookie of the Week, after LJ got it two weeks ago.

I hope these five freshmen don't dilute each other for one of them getting ROY.

CAA MBB Rookie of the Week
It won't hurt my feelings if 2 or 3 spots on the all rookie team are held by our freshmen. Congrats Chase.

RE: CAA MBB Rookie of the Week
I’m getting a feel for how CAA Player of the Week is determined:

1). Calculate individual PPG
2). Ignore rebounds, assists or offensive efficiency
3). Don’t consider the team’s W-L for the week
4). Highest PPG = Player of the Week

There are a least two players (Pierce & Cacok) averaging double-doubles. Maybe they should rebound less and score more.

Not a CAA player of the week, but Nathan just earned the Lou Henson National Player of the week honors. Pretty impressive accomplishment. Congrats Nate.

I find it funny that Nathan received a national accolade as the best mid major player in country, but even didn't get CAA player of the week. Not that the others didn't have great weeks, but it is strange. Probably a lot like Nate being up for the top big in the country honors, but selected to the conference 2nd team.

I just got an email from Tribe Athletics announcing that Nathan has been named the Lou Henson National Player of the week. Once again, please explain to me how he can be the national player of the week for all mid major conferences but does not at least get a share of the CAA player of the week.

Why stop at 2 or 3? Let's shoot for 4 or 5! Still time for Harvey and Blair to excel.
