Very interesting. I will be watching to see if his program makes a difference with the new style of offense this season.

Very interesting. I noted many of the guys are lighter this year, will be interested to see if this will translate into better mobility and range. I would assume he meant Lester he when mentioned the track athlete with the stellar lean body mass numbers.
