WTF is Conference USA Bonus Play? Does it have anything to do with playoffs?

it's a feeble attempt to create interest and increase NET value going into the coos-coos tourney....

the hope at the end of that 'rainbow' is the conference will receive an at-large bid...

cusa's achilles heel is demographics and lack of OOC strength of schedule...

we're a YUGE drag on perspective at the YURT...we can't schedule donkey kong, yet lose to jane up the road....

I'm of the opinion if Doc keeps improving W's, he'll have an opportunity to schedule better home games moving forward....

that's how you build a program that can gain attention....

Still don’t get Holland’s inactivity during games. Starts and 21 minutes yet his only 2 stats was a foul and a missed 3 pointer. No rebounds, assists, points or turnovers. But sometimes I guess it’s just as good being a body

No better time than now for them to rediscover their mojo.

Now a win at home Saturday locks up a bye in the conference tournament.

RE: basketball games of interests
not that basketball has great attendance to begin with but any chance of getting a decent crowd for tomorrow's regular season finale just got a gut punch. Baseball has now announced that their original 4 pm game will now start at noon tomorrow due to possible weather later in the day while basketball has a 2:00 pm start. I'll be one of the ones to leave baseball early (5th inning or so) to get across the street in time for the start of senior day.

We need to be good at basketball, baseball, football, track and field, women's basketball and especially, beach volleyball.03-wink

Screw the folks who say we need to emphasize just baseball OR just basketball...we can WIN at all sports IF we hire the right folks!04-cheers

04-cheers Agree. Although, they wouldn't even have to keep score for beach volleyball and most on here would still enjoy it..
