Good Guys lead the all-time series, 20-6-1. Dukes are 8-5-1 at Towson.

Since our national title year of 2004, the Dukes have won 10 of the last 11 in the series. After a 2-year hiatus, these 2 meet once again with a ton riding on the game. Last game was in 2015 (also in Towson) and saw the Good Guys leave with a 51-30 victory. Let's hope we see it again.

The far-too-early weather forecast is calling for clear skies, temps in mid 40's and winds in the double digits.

I don't think the game will be on any satellite or cable channel.

You may have to use multiple browsers to find one that works with CSL. I've tried it on Chrome and it hasn't worked for me. I've tried it on IE and it has worked for me and last weekend did not work for me. Very strange.

Well, Vegas set the line for our game against Rhody this past week at 16.5 and it wound up at 17.

3 point spread is accurate vs Towson. The earlier season spreads from the Elon through New Hampshire games were all asinine.

Interesting to see Jackson at backup RG. He was the starting LG for the first few weeks.

I'd imagine that Jackson will get some serious burn this weekend once the ballgame gets underway. I've been saying since his suspension that getting him back will be huge and will dramatically improve the OL and I'm assuming he's been practicing, so he should be able to slide right in. Seeing Tutt round into form this time of year is phenomenal news as well and we all know that Ethan Ratke will never have to pay for a meal in Harrisonburg again so getting him back is great.

Interesting to note that Towson has only lost 2 fumbles all year. Time to change that on Saturday.

Also, maybe it is just me but it feels like Shane Simpson has been at Towson forever.
He has had a lot of playing time in his career and has been used like a Dave Meggett type of player rushing, receiving, returning punts, returning kicks. He will go over 2,000 all purpose yards this year on the strength of his tree trunk size legs.

Baby Flacco will obviously be the focal point. He slings it around 36 times per game, but he also runs it 14 times a game which leads Towson. 50 plays per game he is making it happen. He is A true double threat and the best all around QB JMU has seen this year; probably should be a national player of the year candidate. The Dukes will need to hit him early and often and hope that it takes a physical toll because he is going to get his.

I disagree. I think Finley is a better passing QB, but Flacco is a better college QB because of pass+run and much harder to defend.

JMU just announced that the JMU provided allotment at Towson has sold out and they're encouraging fans to buy directly through Towson's ticket office.
