And if they win? Do you just claim they beat another nobody? UC is 9-1, and is a pretty good team. I'm a UC grad, but I doubt they can go on and win in Orlando. I'll be cheering for my Bearcats though.

Gameday is there for a shameless cross promotion with Disney and nothing else. That and the crew does not want to be cold.

This seems like a reach. Virtually half of their sites they selected this year are for games not on Disney channels.

It's because the ND-Syracuse game is in NYC. The logistics of doing it there are likely too difficult. Add in the fact that they usually do one location at a non-P5 school and here we are.

That locks in at least 7 AAC home games on ABC this year--best they have ever done. They had 4 last year. Over the last 2 years, no other G5 has had a single home game on ABC while the AAC had 11. In fact, over the last 2 years, the AAC has had 25 home games televised on ABC or ESPN. Over the same 2 years, the rest of G5 combined has had 5 home games on ESPN and none on ABC. I'd say this is the single best indicator around that the AAC is going to have multiple bidders and will likely do quite well when they renegotiate their current paltry TV deal.
