So the injunction took effect last week and will remain in effect if the SC does not take the case and overturn the decision. The DI Council has adopted emergency legislation to comply:

It will be interesting to see which school or conference budges first. It will also be interesting to see if any school takes advantage of the NCAA's assertion that "tangible items not included in the cost of attendance calculation but nonetheless related to the pursuit of academic studies" includes "luxury cars...to get to class". 07-coffee3 (Page 40)
