Exclamation CBS The Monday After: UAB Team of the Week
https://www.cbssports.com/college-footba...ontenders/

Do you remember when UAB disbanded its football program? The Blazers didn't exist in 2015 and 2016 and were a great story last season when they returned to the field and went 8-5, reaching a bowl game. Well, they're a better story this year. After beating North Texas 29-21 on Saturday, the Blazers are already bowl eligible and firmly in the Conference USA West driver's seat. UAB's 6-1 start is the best start in program history. If Bill Clark doesn't appear on a bunch of Coach of the Year ballots this winter, then I'm not sure why we even have the award. He was our CBS Sports Coach of the Year in 2017.

Hey Ray,you troubler of UAB, it's called "Unintended Consequences." A positive unexpected benefit . New practice facilities, new stadium, a great coach, positive national recognition, votes in the poll, undefeated at home...etc

You and your roaming band of miscreants, enjoying your Pyrrhic victory?03-nutkick
