No, we've had them since the early 90's. There was a year or 2 under Hatcher where they were off.

I think Texas State going for it on 4th and goal at the one was ok, but the playcall was terrible. Teams all over the country need to get back to taking the ball under center, then Georgia Southern could have gotten back at the 1 with a chance for Texas State to get a safety.
